Prior to founding Paycasso, Russell led the team responsible for the regulatory approval and subsequent launch of the first new Top Level Domain (TLD) in years.
This involved working closely with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of US healthcare service provider, ZirMed.
It was his extensive healthcare experience, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of the issues facing commercial operators and government agencies reliant on remote customer identification, which led to the birth of Paycasso.
A respected thought leader in this space, Russell has worked with a number of high-profile businesses and public entities, including the US Department of Commerce.
